Return Policy
Prior to returning any product you must receive authorization and have an RMA number. Merchandise may be returned within 30 days of receipt for a refund or a credit towards your account. Returns will only be accepted if product is in new and unopened/unused condition. A 15% restocking fee will be charged for all returns. Mounts are considered non returnable products due to the customization often associated with these items.
Shipping charges are non-refundable; although SunTron will reimburse shipping expense if an error has been made on our behalf. Prior to returning any item, an RMA must be issued by SunTron.
Returned merchandise must include a packaging slip and RMA number. Product must be returned in original unopened packaging, if not, additional replacement charges will be applied.
Refurbished equipment will not be eligible for returns and should be processed through the manufacturer directly. Most refurbished equipment does carry a manufacturer's warranty.
When returning merchandise we recommend using UPS or insured Parcel Post for your protection. Please also insure the merchandise during shipping. SunTron will not accept damaged merchandise for return.
