General purpose hydraulic-magnetic breakers for reliable overcurrent protection and accurate circuit control in a variety of amperages. Ideal for branch circuit protection of DC loads, such as panel boards and lighting controls, as well as charging sources. The E-frame breakers are manufactured by AIRPAX and Eaton-Heinemann.
The CD breakers can only be front mounted, and are most commonly used in both Outback Power and Xantrex products. Specifically the CD breakers are the medium breakers used in the Outback PSDC and PSR for branch circuits of DC loads. In Xantrex products, the CD breakers are used in the either the DC 250 or DC 175 disconnect enclosures. The CD-60 can be used as the PV array disconnect breaker, while the smaller amperages are mostly used for DC branch circuits
