After purchase we will contact you to obtain roof orientation / layout.  Ground mount kits may be substituted at no additional charge if roof mounting is not a viable option.  Our engineers will custom design your solar panel layout to insure proper installation, tax credit eligibility and that all NEC codes are met.

SunTron uses UPS for all shipments.

Your order will ship from one of our three warehouses, Texas, Arizona, or California. Actual delivery time will depend on product availability and or your proximity to the warehouse stocking the item that is ordered.

Large shipments (i.e. kits) will ship UPS Freight. Orders requiring freight shipment will not be processed until a member of our staff has discussed the estimated freight shipping cost and received customer approval to move forward with the order.
